Weekly Plan, April 16-22


Kendo: pretty much a normal week, though my Tuesday work schedule is so full (universities are generally very busy places this time of the year) that my Tuesday Mudokwan class might not happen. As for home suburi, I'll keep my routine, continue working on waka-gamae, but I think I'm going to add fumikomi drills. I've just not made much progress in that area, so I need to focus some energy on better fumikomi and footwork.

Running: going to be a difficult week at work, especially Tuesday, so I'll need to keep my expectations modest. I'll aim for a bit more than my minimal mileage goal of 40 miles per week: 42 miles, with at least one 8 mile distance run.
